The prices listed in this website are inclusive of Australian Goods & Services tax (GST) and free delivery to domestic Australian addresses.

Upon receipt of your order, if the ordered items are in stock we will do our best to ship your order to you within two or three business days. If there any delays beyond this, we will contact you.

If we are temporarily out of stock, we will immediately contact you and advise of the expected shipment date and give you the choice of waiting or cancelling your order. In some cases, at our discretion, we may offer you an upgrade if we do not have stock on hand.

We send out orders with Direct Freight Express, which is usually overnight plus one or two days delivery, depending upon your location. Please note that we will only ship to residential or business street addresses.

Sorry but we do not delivery to an Australia Post Box.

Once your order is shipped out we will contact you by email and advise you of the shipping details including the order tracking details through our courier, Direct Freight Express.
