We bought the Alpaca Wool Underblanket and the Alpaca Classic Pillow Twin Pack, ordered in the afternoon and it arrived the next day, very good service. Susan was very helpful in answering all our questions and helped us in choosing the right products for our needs. We had previously ordered 100% alpaca and cotton mix from another company and were not happy with how the pillow would bunch up through the night and we were initially going to go with the Alpaca Bamboo mix from Kelly And Windsor and were advised that this might not be the best option if we were wanting a pillow where the filling didn’t bunch up so much, so we went with the Alpaca Classic which uses quilted Alpaca/polyester which has been really good, for sleeping and also sitting up in bed. The Underblanket was so comfortable it was like sleeping on a cloud, I suffer from insomnia and this actually had me sleeping quite well so i was really impressed and very happy. We also Pre Ordered their new line, Alpaca Royale 500 Quilt so we look forward to trying that next. I would say ordering straight from the manufacturer is much better than ordering from other online outlets, no fuss ordering and you get the product quickly and you can trust better dealing with the actual people who make the product than ordering from other places that are only reselling the product basically. We are very happy with the service and products from Kelly And Windsor and highly recommend them to all, if we could give them more stars, we would.
